Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations

All goods which can be purchased directly from HALT Print Limited are covered by the statutory right to cancellation within seven working days, with the exception of bespoke custom items which have been made to your specification. This includes items where you have a choice of item and/or print colour.

In the event of cancellation, customers are to ensure that the goods are returned to HALT Print Limited in good condition.  Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

Returns and Refunds

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To arrange a cancellation / return, please contact us at hello@haltprint.com.  Return instructions will be provided at this time.

For your protection, we recommend that you return your item using a ‘signed for’ service.  When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.  We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit – it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Replacements

We aim to ensure that all products arrive to you in excellent condition.  However, if your goods are defective or have been damaged in transit we will offer a replacement.  Please contact us at hello@haltprint.com to arrange a replacement.
